Labelling and/or Watermarking

Hi Guys,
We've just purchased Helicon Remote and Helicon Focus for photographing various laboratory samples. Finding it really useful, but one slight flaw. Is there an an easy way to put a label or a watermark onto an image in Helicon Remote? The facility is certainly there in Helicon Focus for focus-stacked images (the Text/Scale box), but if there's a similar feature in Helicon Remote for the single images then I can't find it.
Not after anything fancy, all I'd want to do is be able to overlay the filename, or a unique ID number into the corner of the image as white text. That way, we can keep a central directory of all images. Most importantly, if an image is printed you wouldn't be able to see the filename, but if there's an ID number on the actual image itself you can always look it up and it's traceable.
If Helicon Remote can't do this, is there a third party bit of software that can do that? Just load a JPG, and burn the filename onto the bottom left corner in white or black letters or something?
Thank you.
