Export of aligned source images?

Hi, Is it possible to export the aligned source images? I want to use them for retouching in photoshop.
Note: I know it's possible to export the "layers" with transparency - but that doesn't help me with this.

Yes, currently it is only possible to export layers with transparency. You can convert these files to JPEGs to remove transparecy information and you will get an aligned stack of images. Sorry, there is no simpler way so far.
