Hyperfocal distance calculation

Hello, question concerning calculation of hyperfocal distance and DOF, what is the effect of extension tube?

I am not a big expert in optics so I would recommend to ask at some macro forum. I think it only affects the nodal plane position, all other parameters stay the same.
