small mushroom, 74 image stack

This mushroom is about 20mm across, captured in a stack of 74 images. There was a bit of retouching needed where the software got confused, and some depth blur needed details cloned back in. But otherwise was fairly easily. Final processing was in Lightroom 4.0. Gear: Olympus e-510, 50mm macro with 25mm extension tube. I used a ring led light plus flash to illuminate.

Great details and light! What I would enhance is the transition between focused and unfocused zone. Transition is too sharp and looks unnatural.
