Camera not found

[foz]

Hi,

I've just downloaded Helicon Remote, and when trying it out it cannot see my camera.

I'm using Android 4.2. USB Host mode works correctly seeing various other devices via my OTG cable.
I have tried various USB A-mini cables, not of which work with this, but tether correctly with my laptop running Lightroom.

Any initial thoughts?

Steve.

Hello Steve,

You've mentioned other devices, but does Android itself detect the camera? If it does, you'd probably get a pop-up prompt, and you should be able to browse camera storage from Gallery app.
