Helicon doesn't save shots on Nikon D800

I have a Nikon D800 and after resetting it to factory defaults, Helicon doesn't save any shot to the SD card. I have a SanDisk Extreme Pro which works perfectly well with the camera. I also have the latest update.
Any ideas why is this happening?

I just explored the settings and by default, HF saves the images in the device and not in the camera. After changing this, everything works fine now!
