Focus Stacking and HDR
When I have attempted to focus stack a series of images that I have previously blended using HDR software (Photomatix or HDR Efex Pro), I get an error message stating that the images have to be the same size for focus stacking. When I review the images I see that their size may vary by one pixel in width or height after the HDR blending. How can I correct this?

Yes, Helicon Focus expects images from the camera and checks that the size of all images is the same. I would recommend to batch crop all source images to make their size the same.
If you use Helicon Filter, open first image, go to Resize tab, make crop selection, then menu\Queue\Add current folder to queue\Apply current set of filters, in the next dialog set Maximize selection to off and then start processing.
