After stacking, my image has a pink/red overlay, almost a filter. I cannot see how to get rid of it and have searched the forum with no luck. No matter what format I save the file, I get the pink overlay on the image.
I have Helicon Focus 5.3.10. Any suggestions?

We have not yet heard about such bug. We will probably cannot reproduce it without your stack. Please upload your stack to our server (as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/).
Re: Stack has red tint
I can post the stack, but it appears the problem is in the RAW conversion for this set of files only. If I convert the files to TIFF, I get good color and a good stack. If I start with the RAW files, I get the pink overlay.
I do not get the pink overlay with other stacks, so I suspect the problem is (a) in the RAW convertor and (b) is somehow tied up in the color scheme or white balance of the images.

Please upload at least one of the images for us to test.
