Helicon Remote Stop Stacking!!!

Hi all,

I once had Helicon Remote working nicely with my D700 and Nikon AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED a few months ago. Last night, I tried using it again, everything worked just fine except the stacking. What happened was the lens did not chance its focus distance after shots and shot multiple shots at one focus distance instead! I tried reset the camera settings and increased the number of shots in the software setting but that did not help. Is there anyone out there bumped in to this kind of problem? Will updating the software to the latest version help? What you do to fix this? Please help!!!
