I'm using an Asus X54L and the file downloaded as Helicon Focus 5.3
I read in other topics that this should include Helicon Remote, but whenever I click on the Helicon Remote button it says that I need to install it or that I need to select the appropriate file. I've tried looking for the helicon remote file but I can't find it :/ so I can only conclude that it did not install on my laptop? I have tried installing -> doing a system restore point to a point before installing -> then installing again
Same issue occurred.
I hope it's something easily fixable and I'm just some kind of technological fool
