Helicon Remote Ver 3.0 doesn't work on 2 PCS

I downloaded ver 3.0 as a trial today and it will not run on 2 state of the art PCs.
Messages mostly involve missing or incorrect dlls.

I found ver 2.66 from a post in this forum and it works fine.
Hopefully they can fix ver 3
