Hi, can anyone tell me how Helicon Remote is working in Bulb mode.
I am using a Canon 5D mIII. When I push the "Take picture" button, I hear the mirror But apparently this doesn't work. I need to push the "Stop shot" button, but the camera didn't take a picture.
What am I doing wrong?
I am using the trial version (in Dutch language).
Thanks.

Re: Bulb mode
It should work, but we didn't have an opportunity to test 5D Mk III yet. It works with Mk II.
Can you please reproduce the problem and send us a bug report (menu -> Help -> Report a bug)?
Go to File -> PReferences -> Shooting and set BULB exposure to something short, like 1 second. Then in the shutter speeds list select "Custom exposure (1 second)". This way you don't need to wait 42 seconds to understand if it works or not.
