I am using HF 6.2.2. Whenever I export 16 bit TIFFs from Lightroom 5 to HF, the TIFFS I export are in the Prophoto RGB color space. However, when I run HF and save the resulting image, the TIFF that is saved is in Adobe RGB. Strangely, if I export the TIFFs from LR to my Desktop with Prophoto RGB as the color space and then run them through HF, the resulting image that I save is in Prophoto RGB. Seems that there is a bug in the way HF is handling files exported directly from LR.

Thanks for this point, we will check it. Helicon Focus should preserve the color space from the source image.
