Hello...
I've been using Helicon Remote and Focus for over a year now without any issues and I love it, but I ran into my first issue today and hoping someone can help me out.
Working in Helicon Remote to focus stack some jewelry that I'm shooting. When I click on the >, >>, or >>> button to adjust focus, I don't have any issues. As soon as I try to bring focus closer using either <, << or <<<, it just won't adjust. I have to physically set the closest point by hand and then use > to move focus back until I get the shots I need.
I had no issues using the software in MF mode. Tried AF once this issue started and still won't focus bracket backwards.
Here are my specs:
Canon 5D Mark II w/ 100mm f/2.8 lens
iMac 10.9.5
Helicon Remote 3.6.5 M
This issue just started this morning. Didn't have any issues at all yesterday.

Re: Focus Bracketing issue (won't step backwards)
Is there a range switch on the lens? If there is, set it to full range. Then make sure the AF mode is set to single-shot in the camera body settings, not continuous or servo. If nothing else helps, reset the camera body settings because I think that's where the problem is.
