Hello,

While using Helicon remote toggle live view section, my viewing size on the screen is changed automatically. I need wide screen. How can I convert it to the wide screen?

The image was rotated for your convenience based on what the camera's orientation sensor is reporting. You can go to Helicon Remote settings -> Live view and set "Live view rotation" to "Disabled". Or you can disable the orientation sensor in the camera body.
